Bitrise Dashboard

If you have a Reseller account, you gain access to the Bitrise account where the apps are complied. After you start the App Testing build, you can head over to your Bitrise account by clicking the button that reads "Visit App in Bitrise". Make sure you are in communication with all of. your team/developers as you start building tests. It's possible to have more than one test build running at the same time and this may cause confusion.

  1. From inside of your Bitrise account, you will want to view your builds list.

  1. Click on build you wish to test on your Android Device.
  2. Inside of the build you will see all of the processes that run with each build. Scroll down until you see the section that reads: "Create Install Page QR Code".
  3. Open up the section and you'll see the Public Install Page URL inside of the section on the page.
  4. Click the link and it will open a new browser tab/new page where you will be given the instructions on how to install the Android Test Build.

  1. Here is what the Android Create Install Page QR Code Page Looks Like. On this page, you'll be given a QR code you can scan with your Android Device.
  2. From there, you'll see the same information. Once you have this page on your device, click on the "Download" Button. You'll install the app-debug.apk file and the app will appear on your device.
  • Please Note: Installing on each device may be different. Your device should show you a notice if there are other steps you need to take such as enabling developer mode or allowing "unknown apps" to be installed.

Thats it!

You should now have the test build setup on your Android Device and you can start testing.
