Tab Menus

Tab menus are a great way to provide fast navigation between pages in your app.

Create Tab Menu

To create a tab menu, visit the Settings tab of your app customizer, and choose a tabs menu.

Save and refresh the app preview.

Tab menus work differently than the side menu, here are some important considerations.

Always Show Tabs

If you have a side menu and a tab menu, your tabs will not always show. Also, when clicking into a blog post, or viewing other links, your tabs may get covered up.

To show tabs when you click into an article, check "Show tab menu on every page."

Customize Tabs

The tabs can be customized using the ion-tab-button selector. The active tab uses the selector ion-tab-button.ion-selected
